Ingredients
- 8 potatoes, diced, boiled and drained
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 lb. box Velveeta cheese, diced
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. sliced olives
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Method
- Mix
- potatoes, mayonnaise, cheese and onions together. Season with
- salt and
- pepper.
- Place
- in
- 13
- x 9-inch Pyrex container. Top with crumbled bacon and sliced olives. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
- Place sheet of foil under it while it cooks. Serves 8.
