Ingredients
- 500 g ground chicken
- 2 tablespoons red curry paste
- 1 teaspoon kaffir lime leaf, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- fish sauce, to taste
Method
- Combine the chicken mince, curry paste, lime leaf, egg and fish sauce and form into small patties about 5cm wide and 1cm thick.
- Barbecue the patties on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
