Ingredients
- 1 c. dry rice
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 soup can milk
- raw chicken pieces (unfloured and unsalted)
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Method
- Spread rice over bottom of large 13 1/2 x 8-inch pan.
- Combine soups with milk; heat and pour over rice.
- Lay pieces of chicken (raw) on top.
- Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over top of chicken. Seal tightly with lid or foil.
- Bake at 325° for 2 hours and 5 minutes.
