Ingredients
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 (8 oz.) jar salsa or picante sauce
- 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro (optional)
Method
- Microwave Velveeta cheese cubes and salsa in 1 1/2-quart microwave bowl on High heat for 5 minutes or until smooth, stirring after 3 minutes.
- Stir in cilantro.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips or broiled green, red and yellow pepper wedges. Makes 3 cups.
