Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts or small fryer
- 1 pkg. egg noodles
- 1 c. chopped carrots
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 2 cubes chicken flavored bouillon
- salt
- pepper
- 8 to 10 c. water
Method
- Boil chicken until tender.
- Debone and remove skin.
- Shred breast meat and put back in the water.
- Bring to boil.
- Add carrots, celery and bouillon cubes, stirring for 5 minutes.
- Add noodles.
- Let boil until tender.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
