Ingredients
- 1 (4 to 5 lb.) chicken
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. noodles
- 6 eggs, hard-boiled
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small can pimento
- 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
Method
- Cook chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Cook noodles in the chicken broth.
- Place half of noodles in baking dish.
- Top with half of the chicken.
- Slice three of the eggs over chicken. Add 1 can undiluted soup.
- Sprinkle with half the pimento and cheese.
- Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper. Repeat, ending with cheese.
- Heat at 300° for 30 minutes.
- Serves 12.
