Ingredients

  • 1 (4 to 5 lb.) chicken
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. noodles
  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small can pimento
  • 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper

Method

  • Cook chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • Cook noodles in the chicken broth.
  • Place half of noodles in baking dish.
  • Top with half of the chicken.
  • Slice three of the eggs over chicken. Add 1 can undiluted soup.
  • Sprinkle with half the pimento and cheese.
  • Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper. Repeat, ending with cheese.
  • Heat at 300° for 30 minutes.
  • Serves 12.
