Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 2 cans tomatoes
- 2 cans kidney beans
- 1 1/2 green peppers, chopped
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 4 to 5 pods minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder (Mexene)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. paprika
Method
- Brown onions, green peppers and garlic.
- Add chili powder and paprika mix.
- Add canned tomatoes; mash and let cook down some. Add ground beef and let cook about 2 hours, then add kidney beans. Cook about 20 minutes.
- Serve with crackers or rice.
