Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 2 cans tomatoes
  • 2 cans kidney beans
  • 1 1/2 green peppers, chopped
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 4 to 5 pods minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder (Mexene)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. paprika

Method

  • Brown onions, green peppers and garlic.
  • Add chili powder and paprika mix.
  • Add canned tomatoes; mash and let cook down some. Add ground beef and let cook about 2 hours, then add kidney beans. Cook about 20 minutes.
  • Serve with crackers or rice.
