Ingredients
- 3 lb. okra
- 3 c. water
- 3 c. white vinegar
- 8 Tbsp. salt
- 12 heads dill
- 1 clove garlic (for each jar)
Method
- Bring water to boil. Add salt and vinegar until salt is dissolved. Fill jars with okra; pour water mixture over okra. Add 1 dill head and 1 clove of garlic to each jar. Seal.
