Ingredients
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Method
- Mix all ingredients together. Pour over chicken (approximately 4 to 6 pieces). Cover and refrigerate overnight or for 8 hours. Keep 1/2 cup of the sauce for marinating while cooking; toss the remaining sauce. Grill or bake until done.
