Ingredients
- 1/2 c. hot water
- 1/2 c. dried apricots (uncooked)
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
Method
- Soak apricots at least one hour in hot water in covered dish. Put honey, apricots and half of soaking water in blender; puree. Add whipping cream and blend 20 seconds.
- Chill.
- Serve on your favorite cake.
