Ingredients
- 2 1/4 c. warm water
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. honey
- 2 Tbsp. yeast
- 5 1/2 c. flour
Method
- Soften yeast in
- water which
- has been placed in large mixing bowl.
- Add other ingredients.
- Using a bread hook, mix for 8 minutes.
- Let
- rise
- until double in bulk. Likely 1 1/2 hours. Punch down.
- Form
- into
- 2 loaves and place in bread pans.
- Let rise until dough is above top of pan.
- Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
