Ingredients
- 1 c. sour cream
- 6 large chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 1/2 stacks Ritz crackers, crunched up
- 2 Tbsp. poppy seed
- 1/4 c. chicken broth
Method
- Stew chicken and bone; cut into large chunks.
- Put in a greased casserole.
- Mix together soup and some stew juice.
- Cream soup and 1/4 cup chicken broth.
- Pour over chicken.
- Melt butter.
- Mix with crushed Ritz crackers.
- Sprinkle on top, then sprinkle with poppy seed.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
