Ingredients

  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 6 large chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 1/2 stacks Ritz crackers, crunched up
  • 2 Tbsp. poppy seed
  • 1/4 c. chicken broth

Method

  • Stew chicken and bone; cut into large chunks.
  • Put in a greased casserole.
  • Mix together soup and some stew juice.
  • Cream soup and 1/4 cup chicken broth.
  • Pour over chicken.
  • Melt butter.
  • Mix with crushed Ritz crackers.
  • Sprinkle on top, then sprinkle with poppy seed.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
