Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. flour or more if needed
- 1 c. water or more (off cooked celery)
- 3/4 c. catsup
- 1 c. celery
- 1 onion
- 1 chicken
Method
- Cut up chicken, onion and celery into chunks.
- Cook onion, celery and chicken chunks until chicken is done.
- Add 3/4 cup catsup and 1 cup water; mix all together.
- Add flour until mixture thickens.
- Serve over rice.
