Ingredients
- 1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos
- 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Method
- Chop pimentos and mix with cheese, mustard and mayonnaise. Allow to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Then put in refrigerator.
- Keeps for a week.
