Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • fresh ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 cup sherry wine
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced

Method

  • Salt and pepper chicken breasts.
  • Heat butter in skillet. Saute' chicken breast on both sides to brown. Transfer to ovenproof glass baking dish.
  • Mix remaining ingredients into skillet dripping, blend well, and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, until tender.
  • Serve over rice with pan juices.
