- 1 c. conch, ground
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese with chives
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- black pepper to taste
- raw vegetables, sliced
Method
- Blend the cream cheese and milk together until very smooth. Add the conch and remaining ingredients.
- Serve with fresh raw vegetables.
