Ingredients

  • 250 g wheat flour
  • 100 g yeast
  • 200 g yellow cheese (preferably cheddar, american cheese or similar)
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 200 ml milk
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup sunflower oil

Method

  • Prepare leaven from yeast,8 spoonfuls of milk,3 spoonfuls of flour and sugar.
  • Leave it be for 15 minutes.
  • Add the leftover flour, salt and milk.
  • Form a ball of dough and leave it be for another 30 minutes in a wam place.
  • Form four buns and let them sit for 15 minutes.
  • Roll them flat.
  • Mince the garlic, add some milk, put in the fridge.
  • Fry the langose on both sides until you get warm gold colour.
  • Pour the garlic milk on the langos, grate some cheese on it and serve immediately.
