Ingredients
- 1 frying chicken
- 1 stick butter
- 1 clove garlic, cut in half
- 1 c. finely crushed potato chips
- 1 c. finely crushed corn flakes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. savory salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Remove skin from chicken; wash and drain well.
- Melt butter with garlic, salt and pepper in medium size pan.
- Mix potato chips and corn flakes in pie pan.
- Dip pieces one at a time in melted butter mix, then in crumbs, coating well.
- Arrange in single layer in large shallow baking pan.
- Remove garlic from butter and pour remaining over chicken.
- Bake in moderate oven for one hour.
