Ingredients
- 2 can chili
- 2 cup shredded cheese
- 8 large flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp oil for frying
Method
- Heat chili on stove, set a frying pan with oil and heat up while you wait for chili.
- Throw the tortillas in the microwave for 10-20 seconds to make them easier to fold
- Put as much cheese as desired in the tortilla and add a couple scoops of chili.
- Roll up burrito style
- Place in pan (seam side down) and fry for a few minutes until golden brown..then flip!
- Repeat steps and garnish with whatever you like!
- They store well in the fridge or the freezer but mine always disappear way too quick to save:).
