Ingredients

  • 2 can chili
  • 2 cup shredded cheese
  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp oil for frying

Method

  • Heat chili on stove, set a frying pan with oil and heat up while you wait for chili.
  • Throw the tortillas in the microwave for 10-20 seconds to make them easier to fold
  • Put as much cheese as desired in the tortilla and add a couple scoops of chili.
  • Roll up burrito style
  • Place in pan (seam side down) and fry for a few minutes until golden brown..then flip!
  • Repeat steps and garnish with whatever you like!
  • They store well in the fridge or the freezer but mine always disappear way too quick to save:).
