Ingredients
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 small carton sour cream
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
Method
- In medium saucepan, combine the eggs, sugar and juices.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring until thick.
- Remove from heat and cool.
- Fold in sour cream thoroughly.
- Pour over fresh fruit salad.
