- 1 1/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 8 flour tortillas
- prepared salsa
- guacamole
Method
- Slice chicken into thin strips.
- In large bowl, combine oil, vinegar, lime juice, hot pepper sauce, garlic, chili powder, salt, pepper and onion and pepper slices.
- Add chicken; marinate for 30 minutes or overnight in refrigerator.
