Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • prepared salsa
  • guacamole

Method

  • Slice chicken into thin strips.
  • In large bowl, combine oil, vinegar, lime juice, hot pepper sauce, garlic, chili powder, salt, pepper and onion and pepper slices.
  • Add chicken; marinate for 30 minutes or overnight in refrigerator.
