Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. flour tortilla
  • 2 cans enchilada sauce
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. ground meat

Method

  • Layer 1/3 of tortilla on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan (can be torn to pieces). Brown meat.
  • Drain. Add enchilada sauce and cream of chicken.
  • Heat thoroughly.
  • Pour 1/3 of mixture over tortillas. Sprinkle 1/3 of cheese over meat mixture.
  • Repeat layers, ending with cheese.
  • Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
  • Serve with sour cream or plain yogurt.
