Ingredients
- 10 flour tortillas
- 1/3 c. light cream (half and half)
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 c. chopped cooked chicken
- 1 c. salsa (thick 'n chunky)
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- salt to taste
- 1 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Method
- Make filling by sauteing onion in butter; add chicken. Combine 1 cup salsa and tomato sauce.
- Add to chicken.
- Add sour cream and salt.
- Dip tortillas in milk.
- Spread filling on tortillas and roll.
- Place seam side down on baking dish; pour remaining cream over and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 20 or 25 minutes.
