Ingredients

  • 3/4 pounds, 3-78 ounces, weight Chicken Fillet Or Breast
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoons Curry Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Pepper Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Chinese Barbeque Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons White Sesame Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Chopped Spring Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Garlic

  • Marinate chicken fillets with all of the seasonings and store in a fridge to marinate for at least 1 hour.

  • Char grill or barbeque the satays (I used a griddle pan for this recipe).
