Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 40 oz. broccoli
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 c. breadcrumbs
  • 2 or 3 butter pats
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice

Method

  • Defrost your broccoli.
  • Roast or broil your chicken.
  • Remove all meat from the bones.
  • Mix all the ingredients together except for the breadcrumbs and the butter pats.
  • Place your casserole in a dish.
  • Sprinkle breadcrumbs all over the top, covering well. Add the butter pats on top.
  • Bake at 350° in an oven for 50 to 55 minutes.
