Ingredients
- 2 c. green beans (canned or fresh, Blue Lake best)
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. bean juice
- 1 Tbsp. corn oil
- 1 medium onion (mild), thinly sliced
Method
- Cook beans for 30 minutes.
- If fresh, add a small amount of salt (to taste).
