Ingredients
- 3 large crayfish or lobster
- 150 grams butter
- 3 clove garlic minced
- 5 tsp quality fish spice (I use robertsons)
- 30 ml fresh lemon juice
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Light the braai (BBQ)
- Cut crayfish or lobster in half, clean and devain
- Melt butter and mix with garlic
- Lightly base crayfish or lobster with the butter mix and season with fish spice, only on meat side
- Place crayfish or lobster on the braai, meat side down for about 4 minutes, depending on the warmth of the coals
- Turn the crayfish or lobster.
- Base with the remainder of the butter and season with salt and pepper
- Grill for about 5 minutes until cooked
- Add a few drop of lemon juice on the crayfish or lobster and serve
