Ingredients

  • chicken, cooked and cut up (4 chicken breasts)
  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup (condensed)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. curry
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c. cheese cracker crumbs

Method

  • Arrange broccoli in bottom of buttered baking dish.
  • Put chicken on top.
  • Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry, salt, pepper and cheese.
  • Pour over chicken and broccoli.
  • Top with cracker crumbs.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
  • Serves 8.
