Ingredients
- 5 lb. skinned chicken thighs
- 1 can cranberry sauce
- 1 envelope Lipton soup mix
- 8 oz. French dressing
Method
- Place skinned chicken in casserole.
- Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
- Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
- Whole chicken, cut-up, may be used as well.
- Serve with rice.
