Ingredients
- 2 3/4 c. flour
- 1 c. butter
- 1 3/4 c. sugar, divided
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Method
- On wax paper, stir together flour and baking powder; set aside.
- In large pan, melt butter.
- Remove from heat; stir in 1 1/2 cups sugar and eggs until smooth.
- Gradually stir in flour mixture until a smooth dough forms.
- Cover tight and refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 3 days.
- Mix rest of sugar and cinnamon on wax paper.
- Roll dough into balls by a teaspoon and roll in mix.
- Bake at 375° on nonstick cookie sheet for 8 to 12 minutes.
