Ingredients
- 3 c. cooked squash, seasoned
- 9 saltine crackers, crushed
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Mix squash, beaten eggs, crackers, margarine and grated onion. Fold in 1 cup cheese.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
