- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. grated Cheddar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. crushed cornflakes
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Method
- Defrost hash browns. Combine next 7 ingredients. Mix with hash browns. Put all in 3-quart casserole dish. Saut cornflakes in 1/4 cup melted butter and sprinkle on top. Cover and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
