Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked, diced chicken
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 2 c. mushroom soup
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 c. celery, diced
- 1 c. slivered or sliced almonds
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, diced
- crushed potato chips (to put on top when ready to bake)
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Put in refrigerator overnight. Take out 1 hour before baking.
- Place chips on top and bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes.
