Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon, cooked until crisp
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 7 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onions
- 4 c. chopped cabbage
- 1/2 c. water
Method
- Cook bacon until crisp.
- Remove and crumble.
- Add vinegar, brown sugar, salt and onions to bacon grease.
- Add bacon and heat through.
- Add cabbage and water.
- Steam until tender.
