Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
- 1 (15 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
- 2/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
- 1 (1 lb. 6 oz.) can cherry pie filling
Method
- Put first 4 ingredients in blender.
- Cover and run on high for 2 minutes or until smooth.
- Pour into crust and chill 2 to 3 hours. Spread with pie filling.
