Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing herb (seasoned)
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Method

  • Cook chicken and remove from bone.
  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Mix melted margarine and onion together until onion is lightly brown. Add dressing and mix well.
  • Spread half of dressing in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
  • Add dressing and mix well.
  • Add cut up chicken. Mix chicken broth with cream of chicken soup.
  • Heat and pour over chicken.
  • Add the other half of dressing and bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
