Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • Seasoning salt
  • 2 c. cooked chicken
  • 1 pkg. broccoli, carrots, cauliflower
  • 1 c. cheddar cheese
  • French fried onions
  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. milk

Method

  • Combine soup, chicken, vegetables, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can onions.
  • Spread mixture into a greased 8 x 12-inch baking dish. Bake uncovered at 425° for 10 minutes.
  • Combine biscuit mix, egg and milk to a soft dough.
  • Spoon over hot chicken mixture, bake uncovered at 425° for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake 3 - 5 minutes more.
