Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 c. milk
- Seasoning salt
- 2 c. cooked chicken
- 1 pkg. broccoli, carrots, cauliflower
- 1 c. cheddar cheese
- French fried onions
- 1 c. Bisquick
- 1 egg
- 1 c. milk
Method
- Combine soup, chicken, vegetables, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can onions.
- Spread mixture into a greased 8 x 12-inch baking dish. Bake uncovered at 425° for 10 minutes.
- Combine biscuit mix, egg and milk to a soft dough.
- Spoon over hot chicken mixture, bake uncovered at 425° for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake 3 - 5 minutes more.
