Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 lb. boned chicken breast
  • 1 clove garlic or garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 c. cooking wine
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pkg. curry rice

Method

  • Brown chicken in margarine; turn once.
  • Place in casserole dish.
  • Mix chicken soup, sour cream, shredded Mozzarella cheese, cooking wine and Parmesan cheese.
  • Pour over chicken.
  • Cover and bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350° until chicken is tender.
  • Cook rice according to package directions.
  • Serve chicken and sauce over rice.
