Ingredients

  • 5 whole chicken breasts
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 2 cans cream of celery or chicken soup
  • 1 can water chestnuts or slivered almonds
  • 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb-flavored stuffing mix
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine for topping the casserole

Method

  • Cook chicken until tender; skin, bone and cut in cubes.
  • Mix chicken with other ingredients except stuffing mix.
  • Pour into casserole and sprinkle stuffing mix and dot with margarine on top. Bake at 350° for about an hour.
  • Will serve 8 to 10 people.
