Ingredients
- 5 whole chicken breasts
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 cans cream of celery or chicken soup
- 1 can water chestnuts or slivered almonds
- 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb-flavored stuffing mix
- 3 Tbsp. margarine for topping the casserole
Method
- Cook chicken until tender; skin, bone and cut in cubes.
- Mix chicken with other ingredients except stuffing mix.
- Pour into casserole and sprinkle stuffing mix and dot with margarine on top. Bake at 350° for about an hour.
- Will serve 8 to 10 people.
