Ingredients
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 3 dried negro chilies (stem and seed)
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 medium white onion
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Combine broth, vinegar and chilies.
- Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and let chilies soak 5 to 10 minutes until soft.
- In blender, combine ingredients and blend until pureed.
