Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast cutlets, skinned and boned
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- flavored bread crumbs
- 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches with syrup
Method
- Mix egg and soy sauce together.
- Dip chicken cutlets in mixture; let drain and roll in bread crumbs.
- Brown in 1-inch oil and drain on paper towel.
- Bake in covered baking dish at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Add peaches and juice.
- Cover and bake for 15 minutes more.
