Ingredients
- 1 to 2 lb. chicken
- 1 (3 oz.) can Chinese noodles
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. chicken stock
- 1 c. diced chicken
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 lb. cashew nuts
Method
- Cook chicken until tender.
- Cut into pieces.
- Set aside 1/2 cup noodles for top.
- In 1 1/2-quart casserole, put combined ingredients.
- Add nuts.
- Sprinkle the 1/2 cup noodles on top. Heat in oven 40 minutes at 325°.
- Serves 6 to 8.
