Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken, cut in strips
- 1 onion, cut in sq.
- 1 green pepper, cut in sq.
- 1 can cream of broccoli soup
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Method
- Brown chicken strips, one half at a time.
- Add onion and pepper.
- Cook until tender-crisp.
- Stir in soup, water and soy sauce.
- Cover.
- Simmer 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
