Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) box broccoli, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. Velveeta cheese or Cheez Whiz
- 1 c. regular rice, uncooked
- 1 boiled chicken, strained
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Cook chicken (cut into pieces) in water with 1 teaspoon salt. Strain and debone.
- Use 2 cups broth to cook rice.
- Saute onion and broccoli in oleo.
- Mix all together and put in casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly hot.
