Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) box broccoli, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. Velveeta cheese or Cheez Whiz
  • 1 c. regular rice, uncooked
  • 1 boiled chicken, strained
  • 1 tsp. salt

Method

  • Cook chicken (cut into pieces) in water with 1 teaspoon salt. Strain and debone.
  • Use 2 cups broth to cook rice.
  • Saute onion and broccoli in oleo.
  • Mix all together and put in casserole.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly hot.
