Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 stick margarine
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Method
- Cover chicken breasts with water in large pot.
- Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
- Debone and tear into small pieces.
- Spray an oblong baking dish with Pam.
- Put chicken in dish.
- Saute onion and celery in 1/2 stick margarine.
- Pour over chicken.
- Mix together sour cream and soup.
- Spread over chicken.
- Sprinkle stuffing mix lightly over top.
- Melt remaining margarine and drizzle over stuffing.
- Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes.
