Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Method

  • Cover chicken breasts with water in large pot.
  • Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
  • Debone and tear into small pieces.
  • Spray an oblong baking dish with Pam.
  • Put chicken in dish.
  • Saute onion and celery in 1/2 stick margarine.
  • Pour over chicken.
  • Mix together sour cream and soup.
  • Spread over chicken.
  • Sprinkle stuffing mix lightly over top.
  • Melt remaining margarine and drizzle over stuffing.
  • Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes.
