Ingredients
- 3 c. sifted flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1 c. crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. diced bananas
Method
- Measure the dry ingredients and sift together.
- Dice bananas and measure quantity.
- Add bananas to the dry ingredients along with the oil.
- Add eggs, vanilla, crushed pineapple and juice from the pineapple.
- Stir to blend but do not beat.
- Pour into greased 9-inch tube or Bundt pan.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Set aside to cool without removing from pan.
