Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts, cut in half lengthwise
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/4 c. Sauterne wine (any white wine will do)
- 1/2 tsp. minced onion (instant)
- 1/2 ??? curry powder
- 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
Method
- Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt and paprika.
- Place in a baking dish.
- Dissolve chicken bouillon cube in boiling water. Add wine, onion and curry powder.
- Pour over chicken.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and bake 45 minutes or longer, until tender and golden brown.
