Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts, cut in half lengthwise
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1/4 c. Sauterne wine (any white wine will do)
  • 1/2 tsp. minced onion (instant)
  • 1/2 ??? curry powder
  • 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms

Method

  • Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt and paprika.
  • Place in a baking dish.
  • Dissolve chicken bouillon cube in boiling water. Add wine, onion and curry powder.
  • Pour over chicken.
  • Cover with foil.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake 45 minutes or longer, until tender and golden brown.
