Ingredients
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 c. milk
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 (9-inch) baked pastry shell
Method
- In a medium saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch.
- Whisk in the egg yolks and milk until thoroughly combined.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil; boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat.
- Add lemon juice and raisins.
- Pour into pie shell.
