Ingredients
- 8 boned chicken breasts
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 jar dried beef
Method
- Wrap each chicken breast in a slice of bacon, spiraling it to cover breast, and secure with a toothpick.
- Place dried beef in the bottom of casserole dish, layering it to cover bottom.
- Place chicken breasts on top of beef.
- Mix undiluted soup and sour cream; spoon over chicken mixture.
- Bake, uncovered, in a 250° oven for 3 hours.
