Ingredients
- 3 whole chicken breasts, skin removed
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. slivered almonds
- 1/2 c. beer
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms
Method
- Flour chicken breasts; brown in oil.
- Put browned chicken in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Combine soup, soy sauce, almonds, beer and mushrooms in a large bowl; beat together, then pour over the chicken.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.
- Baste occasionally.
- This is good served with rice.
